Dixon Leasing boasts over 1000 rental properties as one of the largest owners of single-family homes in the New York Metropolitan area. With their size and influence on NYC neighborhoods, they were in need of personalized branding and marketing materials that could speak to clients in the right tone. My role as lead designer was to help grow and bring their business to life through infographics, posters, social media, and brochures.
